RTC workers have filed a petition in the High Court seeking permission for a meeting of RTC workers. Permission has been sought from 2 pm to 6 pm in Saroor Nagar. The petitioner told the court that the workers died due to the RTC strike. The petitioner has informed the court that the program is intended to empower the workers not to commit suicides.
The High Court on this regard asked the government to permit wherever it is possible if the current venue is not suitable. The court has set a deadline for its decision to be announced by Tuesday evening. The next hearing was adjourned to Friday.
