Mayor opens children's park at Gachibowli

Hyderabad: Mayor Dr Bonthu Rammohan Saturday inaugurated Children's Park near Jayabheri Enclave at Gachibowli here.
Speaking on the occasion, the Mayor said the park, developed at a cost of Rs 40 lakh, was first of its kind with ground surface of Trufed carpet, which protects children from being hurt.
The Mayor said the children are feeling very happy and loving to play in the park and it gives a healthy environment to the children.
Ranjit Reddy, MP, and corporator Nagender Yadav, Zonal Commissioner Harichandana and other senior officials attended the programme.
The GHMC Dog Park's Play area is unique for fun, play and adventure for children along with safety spread over 7000 sft. Visitors will love the park for its unique features of structured and unstructured play.
Kids will find it a perfect avenue for game of hide and seek, climbing/scaling Mounds, tunneling, hopping, sliding, balancing and so on.
EPDM is a synthetic rubber that prevents kid from injuries from falls and accidents.
