Kothagudem: "Swachh hi Seva" programme would be started in all areas of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) on Wednesday onwards, informed company General Manager K Basavaiah here at Kothagudem. Addressing the media on Tuesday, the General Manager said the programme that commences on Wednesday would be continued till October 27.
He informed that for smooth conducting of the programme, area-wise committees were appointed besides a nodal officer to oversee the entire programme. As part of the programme, the company staff would focus on plastic waste management and also take part in the cleaning and plantation drive on company premises and in all areas of the housing colonies, hospitals, schools and playgrounds.
