Wanaparthy: People's help sought for Pattana Pragathi's success
The newly-elected municipal chairman A Gattu Yadav and vice-chairman Vakiti Sridhar promised to bring a complete change to Wanaparthy municipality, for which they said they are in the process of devising an action plan that would be soon implemented and various development works would be taken up in Wanaparthy municipality.

Earlier, the chairman and vice-chairman were accorded a grand welcome and were felicitated for taking charge as municipal chairman and vice-chairman at a programme organised in the ward by the local TRS activists and the people of Ward 11 in Wanaparthy municipality.
Earlier, Gattu Yadav was elected as ward councillor with a huge majority from Ward 11 and later he was unanimously elected for the municipal chairman's post without any opposition.
Nandimalla Madhu and Nandimalla Subhas along with the people of the ward gathered in large numbers and felicitated the municipal chairman and vice-chairman with shawls and garlands.
Speaking on the occasion, Gattu Yadav said that it was all because of people's support, TRS party activists and Minister Singireddy Nirajan Reddy's blessings he has reached to the level of municipal chairman.
He said he would do all that was necessary and try his best to bring in drastic developmental changes in Wanaparthy municipality for which he sought the people's cooperation and urged them to extend their helping hand in successful implementation of all the government schemes like Pattana Pragathi, Haritha Haram, laying of CC roads and drainages etc in the Wanaparthy municipality.
"We have decided to devise a comprehensive action plan to bring about the complete change to Wanaparthy municipality and very soon, we are going to launch various development programmes to ensure that Wanaparthy municipality becomes one of the model municipalities in the State," said the municipal chairman.
