40 injured as bus, lorry collide

Medak: In a road accident about 40 persons sustained minor injuries and two others received severe injuries. The mishap took place when the RTC bus in which they were travelling was hit by a lorry at Muslampur village of Alamdurgam mandal.

It is learned that they were returning from Hyderabad after attending a function. The injured were rushed to Jogipet hospital. The victims hail from Keshwar of Nagalgida mandal. Police registered a case and investigation is on.
