Cordon & search operation held at Madhapur

Madhapur: Deputy Commissioner of Madhapur A Venkateshwara Rao addressed the media and said as many as 200 policemen participated in the cordon and search operation which was held at Madhura Nagar area at Raidurgam police station.

He said as many as 400 houses were checked and 26 suspects taken into custody who were found having contacts with criminals. They will be counselled by police personally also, 26 vehicles detained for verification for the person who do not have proper documents and unauthorised documents. These operations will continue in coming days for the safety and security of public, said DCP.
