Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reviewed cyclonic rain conditions and preparedness measures, directing officials to ensure safety as the cyclone approaches the Srikakulam coast.

Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nara Chandrababu Naidu reviewed today the rains that have been experienced due to the cyclone that developed in the Bay of Bengal. The review was done at the State Secretariat and included officials from different departments, the Chief Secretary, and the Director General of Police.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister was updated about the developments and the officials revealed that the cyclone was predicted to hit the state this afternoon, somewhere between Srikakulam and Kaviti in Srikakulam district. The wind speed of the cyclone at the time of landfall was likely to be up to 85 km/h.
The Chief Minister gave some important instructions for being prepared for this cyclone.
