Cops conduct civic action programme

Rampachodavaram: The East Godavari police under supervision of officer on special duty Arif Hafeez on Wednesday conducted civic action programme outreach at Pathakota village under Gurtedu police station in Y Ramavaram mandal.

Under this programme, the police distributed saris and mosquito nets to tribal population, volleyball kits to youth and chocolates for children in the Agency area.

According to OSD Arif Hafez, the police enquired about problems faced by tribal population. In addition to this, the police also enquired about the livelihood, education to children and amenities at their place of living with special mention of activities of youth in games and sports and in education.
