Hyderabad: Former MLA from Srikakulam, Majji Sarada, died of a heart attack in Hyderabad on Tuesday morning. Majji Sharda has been in the Congress party ever since her inception into politics. In the 2019 AP Assembly elections, she lost the Palasa constituency as a Congress candidate.
Mazzi Sarada is the eldest daughter of the late PCC President Mazzi Thulasidas. After her father's death in 1994, she left the Group 1 job to join the Congress Party. Inheriting her father's political legacy in 2007, she became MLC under governor quota; She also served as Vice President of PCC.
