On the sixth day Brahmotsavam, Sarvabhupala Vahanam procession commenced braving rains on Thursday under the cover of Ghatatopam as a part of the ongoing Brahmotsavams at Tiruchanur. Sarvabhupala Vahanam symbolises the universal supremacy of Goddess who is often revered as Sarva Swatantra Veera Lakshmi in Tiruchanur.

The grand procession of Golden Chariot was held in the mada streets of Tiruchaur, as part of the ongoing Karthika Brahmotsavam of Sri padmavathi Devi on Thursday evening. The Swarna Ratham moved ahead swiftly along with mada streets with the devotees, especially the women pulling the chariot with utmost devotion and enthusiasm.

Goddess Padmavathi Devi in all Her splendour seated on the platform arranged inside the well-decked golden chariot.
