Kurnool: S Ravindra Babu who had worked as Commissioner of Kurnool Municipal Corporation was discharged on Friday after recovery.
It may be noted that Ravindra Babu was transferred to Kakinada and was admitted at Kurnool Government General Hospital after he was detected with positive symptoms on April 30. Since then he was under doctors' care at the isolation ward.
He was discharged on Friday evening after recovery, said the hospital superintendent, Narendranath Reddy.
The Superintendent further said that following covid-19 protocol, Ravindra Babu's samples were tested two times and both times the reports yielded negative results. The total number of discharges have reached to 50 on Friday.
