Minister discusses with MLA on water release

Guntur: Minister for Irrigation Anil Kumar Yadav on Sunday visited Nagarjuna Sagar reservoir and discussed on water level in the reservoir and steps to be taken to release water with MLA Pinnelli Rama Krishna Reddy. Due to increase of inflows into the Nagarjuna Sagar reservoir, the water level is increasing.
At present reservoir is getting more inflows compared to earlier. If the same position continues, the reservoir is expected to reach its full capacity within a week. In this backdrop, minister Anil Kumar Yadav visited Nagarjuna Sagar reservoir. As soon as he reached Macherla, MLA Pinnelli Rama Krishna Reddy welcomed him. Later, they went to Nagarjuna Sagar Guest House and discussed the matter.
