West Godavari: The tension atmosphere continues to prevail at TDP leader and former Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar residence at Duggirala.
The police have conducted the search operation at the former MLAs house on Wednesday morning. With this, an argument has broken out between Chintamaneni's followers and police. The followers raised objections over search operations, in spite of their saying that Chintamaneni would be surrendering to the police.
However, Chintamaneni Prabhakar is going to surrender himself in front of district SP Navdeep Singh today. Earlier, a police case has been booked against Chintamaneni for making abusive comments on the Dalit community, and since then he has gone absconding.
