Stop sale of TTD lands in Tamil Nadu: Kanna Lakshminarayana
Alleges that the YSRCP govt is planning to liquidate assets of Hindu temples in the State
Guntur: BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana demanded that the State government immediately stop sale of TTD properties in Tamil Nadu. He termed it as a disastrous decision. In a letter written to Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Saturday, he said that the decision of the government to sell TTD properties in Tamil Nadu will hurt the sentiments of the devotees all over the world. He alleged that the YSRCP government was planning to liquidate all the assets of Hindu temples in the State and ruin Hinduism.
He further said that if the government goes forward to sell properties of the TTD at 23 places in Tamil Nadu, the Hindus all over the world will raise their voice of resentment and protest against the government. He alleged that the YSRCP government was making Hindu temples bankrupt like AP State. He urged the government to stop selling of the TTD properties at least now.
