Aanchal Bansal’s ‘The Reset’ encourages women to reclaim their identity
Hyderabad-based author and educator Aanchal Bansal made her debut in the literary world with ‘The Reset – Reclaim Your Identity, Rise with Inner Authority’, a book that encourages women to pause, reflect and rediscover their authentic selves.
The book was launched in Hyderabad, in the presence of Dr. Preeti Reddy, Vice Chairman of Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth, who graced the event as Guest of Honour. The event was attended by entrepreneurs, educators, professionals, writers and well-wishers from the city.
The Reset revolves around the basic concepts like identity, belief, boundaries and rebuilding to move towards self- realisation and growth. The book aims to focus on how to be able to return to one’s true self and connect to it, despite the challenges in life, rather than change to someone else as it would require changing deep-rooted perspectives, principles and patterns.
“The Reset is not about starting all over again, but it is about returning to yourself”, said Aanchal Bansal, while speaking on the occasion. The theme of The Reset launch event was ‘Reconnect’ and the audience was asked to share what they wanted to reconnect with, while the book is an inspiration for people to pause and smell the coffee, so that they can get back to their inner selves and move forward in life with more power, purpose and passion.
