Introduction: more than a school

Shriee Vaagdevi High School, Mallial is not just a school, it is a movement. Established in 2008, we are the first in this region to introduce a true IIT-NEET Based Foundation System at the high school level. In 17 years, we have grown from a 26-student dream into a 1500+ student institution that is now the educational identity of Mallial Mandal, Jagtial District.

The founder - the man behind the mission: Sri Pokala Naresh Kumar* - Founder & Correspondent

A first-generation educationist, Sri Naresh Kumar started the school not as a business, but as a responsibility. He saw talented children from Mallial, Kondagattu, Muthyam pet, Medampally, Thattipally, Balavanthapur, Jagtial, Pudur, Nookapally ect…. going to distant cities for quality education. His single-point agenda: "Why should a child from Mallial travel 200km for IIT foundation? We will bring IIT to Mallial." His personal discipline, daily presence on campus, and direct interaction with every parent is the reason for our trust.

The genesis - 2008: the year it all began

♦ Location: A small rented building, Mallial main road

♦ Strength: 26 students, 6 teachers, 1 vision - Challenge: No proper labs, no big campus, but huge confidence

♦ First Principle Decided: No compromise on English, Maths and Discipline.

Growth chronicle - from 26 to 1500+

♦ 2008-2010: Foundation Years - Established credibility. Crossed 250 students.

♦ 2011-2015: Expansion Phase - Own building, full-fledged labs, crossed 600+ students. First 100% SSC result achieved and maintained till date.

♦ 2016-2020: Foundation Revolution - Introduced Integrated IIT-JEE & NEET Foundation Material from Class 6. For primary Lead concept curriculum Started Olympiad training. - 2021-2026:The Golden Era - 1500+ students, digital classrooms, best SSC results with 589+ Marks Top Score, alumni network across the globe.

Our unique academic system - the Vaagdevi Model

We follow a 5-Pillar System:

a) Foundation Edge:* Special study material designed by expert IIT faculty. Daily 1 hour dedicated to Foundation Maths & Science.

b) Testing Culture:* Daily Slip Tests (20 marks), Weekly Weekend Grand Tests, Monthly Cumulative Tests. No student is left untested.

c) Doubt to Distinction:* Special evening study hours and doubt clarification sessions. Weak students get personal mentoring.

d) Technology Integrated:* Digital boards, projector-based learning, computer lab with internet, science labs for practical conceptual clarity.

e) Discipline is Non-Negotiable:* Uniform, punctuality, homework completion, and parent-teacher interaction every month.

Result Analysis - The Numbers Speak

SSC Result: 100% - Consistently for last many years. No failures. - Top Score: 589 and Above out of 600 - One of the highest in Jagitial District.

- Distinction Ratio: More than 95% students secure above 9.8 GPA. - Every year we produce toppers who get free seats in top corporate junior colleges.

Alumni Empire - Our Contribution To The Nation & World

This is the most powerful chapter of our history. A small school from Mallial has produced:

a) 200+ Engineers Abroad - Our Global Army: More than 200 students from Vaagdevi are working as Software Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Saudi Arabia. They send their children back to us. This is our biggest certificate.

b) 10+ in Medical Field - The Life Savers: Around 10 students have cracked NEET and are pursuing/have completed MBBS. Additionally, 30+ students are in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing, GNM) and B.Pharmacy, building a healthcare workforce from our soil.

c) 5 IIIT Selections - The Elite League: 5 of our students have been selected for IIIT Basara and other IIITs, which is a dream for any rural student. This proves our foundation works from Class 6.

d) 3 Navodaya Vidyalaya Selections - Beating National Competition: 3 students qualified the highly competitive Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance (JNVST) and got free elite central education.

e) 20+ in Indian Army & Defence Forces: Over 20 students are serving in Indian Army, CRPF, BSF and other defence sectors in different parts of the country. They are guarding the nation. We salute them.

f) Government Service - The System Changers: 4 students secured Central Government Jobs (Railways, SSC, Postal etc.) and 10+ students secured Local & State Government Jobs (Village/Ward Sachivalayam (secretaraiat), Police, Teaching, international sports player etc.). From a small classroom in Mallial to a government office - this is transformation.

We don't have big advertising. Our advertisement is our result and our ex-student who is now an engineer in America who still recommends his cousin to join Vaagdevi. That trust of 17 years from 1500+ families is our biggest building.

Our Motto In Action

"Impossible to I'm Possible" is not written on the wall, it is written in our students' lives. When a student who scored 90% in 6th class scores 589 in 10th, when a farmer's son becomes an engineer abroad, when a girl from Mallial joins MBBS - that is Impossible becoming I'm Possible.

Athletics: 10+ students selected for District Meet in 100m, 200m, Long Jump,

- 5+ students represented Jagtial District at Telangana Netball Association (TNA) Competitions

- Athletics: 2 students qualified for State Level in Running

- Kho-Kho: Our team represented at Mandal Level School Tournament

- Our PT Staff gives special morning coaching 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM for state aspirants

The Bharat Scouts & Guides Unit - Shriee Vaagdevi High School, Mallial

We are proud to have one of the most active and disciplined Scout & Guide Units in Jagtial District, continuously running for more than 10 years without break.

A) Our Journey:

- Started in 2014-15 with 32 students (Cubs, Bulbuls, Scouts, Guides)

- Weekly activities: Flag ceremony, BP Six Exercises, Knotting, First Aid, Mapping, Community Service
