Hyderabad schools set example

Hyderabad: Several schools in the State capital set a record of sorts by achieving excellent results in SSC examinations, the results of which was announced on Monday.

Oxford Grammar School

Oxford Grammar School, Himayathnagar, secured 95 percent results. Through perseverance, passion, well planned academic exercises, the management, HM, teachers, put in concerted efforts and parallelly to students determination, hard work, high ambitions culminated into excellent SSC Board Results with 95% pass percentage. Satya Shreyudh and Lavanya bagged proud position scoring 10 GPA in all subjects. 36 students got 10 GPA in Maths, Science and Social studies. 19 students scored in 9.5 GPA and above.

The results achieved by the students would have not been possible without the pre-planned revisions schedules regular test and practice papers which help the slow runners to cope up with the syllabus. Vice Chairman Prarthana Manikonda congratulated the students. Correspondent Syed Sabir and HM Fahmida and teachers were present to felicitate the school toppers.

Johnson Grammar school

Meanwhile, Johnson Grammar school, Habsiguda, secured 95 percent pass percentage. More than 50 percent of students secured 9.8/10, nine students secured CGPA 10/10.

Shanti Vidya Niketan

Shanti Vidya Niketan High school, Rahamath Nagar secured 90 percent pass percentage. The School topper M Chitra Lekha with 9.8 percent, second topper K Harsha vardhini with 9.7 percent

P B DAV Model School

P B DAV Model School, Old Safilguda Secunderabad, secured 100% pass percentage, 36 students appeared for the State Board Examination of which 2 have secured a well-deserved 10 CGPA . A total of 19 students secured an A1 grade and 10 students secured an A2. 80% of the students fall in the category of A1-A2 grades which marks progress from the preceding academic years. The Overall aggregate of the school is a 9.0 CGPA.

TSWREIS

Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) secured 96.63. 9689 students have passed, 53 students secured 10 GPA.

TTWREIS

Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS) secured 95.49 . Eight students secured 10 GPA. Dr RS Praveen Kumar, Secretary, TSWREI and TTWREI Societies congratulated the students for their outstanding performance. It is a matter of pride that 58 out of 130 social and 15 out of 38 tribal welfare residential schools secured cent percent results. He further said, "Behind every success of a student there is a great teacher" and he thanked all such teachers for their hard work and dedication in transforming the lives of the poor students.

TMR schools

Shafiullah, reiterated and explained that the concept of establishing 204 TMR schools and 12 Junior Colleges in the State in very short span of time and how it helped the Government to provide 'quality education' to the 'poorest of the poor' with 'high class hostel facilities' to the students of minority communities. "TMREIS is working for all round development of its students. The students of TMREIS made it to NASA, scaled the peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro, won Gold and Silver medals in International and National Regatta Championships, won medals in the Athletics Championship held at Sri Lanka. Two of its students got selected for perusing their further studies from Indian Navy School in Goa and for subsequent commissioning in Indian Navy," he noted.

He congratulated the students and lauded the efforts of parents, principals, teachers and supporting staff for achieving excellent results in SSC Examination.

MJPTBCWRIS

Mahatma Jyothibaphule Telangana BC Welfare Residential Schools (MJPTBCWRIS) secured 98.68 as against the State average of 92.43 percent. Out of 19 BC Residential Schools, 13 have achieved 100% results.13 students have achieved 10/10 GPA.

TMREIS

The students of State-run Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) excel in the SSC examinations. The Society expressed satisfaction over the results of 12 TMR Schools amongst 204, whose students appeared for SSC exams this year.

TMRS Alogle, Sangareddy

Out of the 12 schools three schools viz TMRS Algole, TMRS Sangareddy, TMRS Ibrahimpatnam secured 100% results. K Kalyan from Sangareddy stood top with 9.8 GPA, Hafeez from Hayathnagar secured 9.7 GPA, P Vaishnavi from Nalgonda stood top among the girls securing 9.7 GPA.

Springfields School

Springfields School, Alijah Kotla and Springfields School Tolichowki secured 100% pass with all first division. Soha Fatima secured 10/10 CGPA.
