The programme covers core management disciplines, including operations, supply chain management, marketing, finance, data science, environment and human resources. In the second year, participants can choose specialisations based on their professional interests and career goals.

The curriculum focuses on management knowledge, technical understanding, innovation and responsible leadership. It also includes live case studies, seminars, group discussions and collaborative learning activities to help participants examine business challenges and management practices.

Dr Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Director of IIM Mumbai, said the programme combines management education with a technical foundation. He noted that its learning activities are intended to help participants understand complex business issues and develop managerial competencies, while emphasising values and responsible leadership.
