Anantapur: The AP Legislative Assembly Committee on Minority Welfare visited Sri Krishnadevaraya University (SKU) in Anantapur on Thursday.
Committee Chairman Mohammed Naseer Ahmed and members Daggupati Venkateswara Prasad and Contractor Isaac Basha held a review meeting at the Senate Hall. Discussions with SKU Vice-Chancellor MVR Jyothi Kumar, Registrar E Ramesh Babu, and District Minority Welfare Officer G Ramasubba Reddy focused on implementing reservations and student welfare schemes.
The delegation interacted with faculty and minority students, emphasizing strict adherence to affirmative action and academic support policies across the university.
