Puttaparthi: PUDA Vice Chairman and Joint Collector M Maurya Bharadwaj ordered strict action against unauthorized layouts and illegal constructions across Sri Sathya Sai district.
Reviewing Penukonda division officials via video conference, he directed staff to identify illegal ventures, issue legal notices, and maintain strict surveillance.
He warned officials of disciplinary action if they ignore violations. Urging caution, Bharadwaj advised buyers to verify PUDA-approved LP numbers on official DTCP portals and confirm legal status with local panchayat secretaries or MPDOs before purchasing plots.
