Arrangements reviewed for CM Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Repalle

Guntur: Bapatla district collector Dr V Vinod Kumar on Sunday reviewed the arrangements for Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Repalle on October 1 for the distribution of NTR Bharosa social security pensions. The collector, accompanied by Repalle Revenue Divisional Officer B. Sridevi and DSP Abdul Aziz, inspected the proposed locations for the helipad, public meeting and party cadre meeting being organised in connection with the Chief Minister’s visit. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Vinod Kumar said Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would participate in the NTR Bharosa pension distribution programme in Repalle town on October 1 and hand over pensions to beneficiaries.

He inspected the sites identified for the public meeting, helipad and party cadre meeting and discussed the arrangements with the officials concerned.

The collector directed the officials to work in close coordination to ensure foolproof security arrangements and smooth traffic regulation. He also instructed them to make adequate arrangements for parking and other facilities required for the public attending the programme.

He emphasised the need for advance planning and effective coordination among all departments to ensure that the Chief Minister’s visit and the pension distribution programme were conducted smoothly.
