Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Disciplinary Action Committee Chairman Mallu Ravi said he had no personal differences with leaders Konda Surekha and Chinna Reddy, asserting that his actions were aimed at protecting the interests and discipline of the Congress party.

Ravi said he was not against any individual and had not submitted any report out of personal vendetta. “I have no differences with Konda Surekha or Chinna Reddy. They are my friends,” he said.

Commenting on senior Congress leader Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy attending the party’s Nakrekal meeting, Ravi described it as a positive development. He said Rajagopal was a senior leader who had earlier joined the BJP but subsequently returned to Congress, demonstrating that differences could be resolved through dialogue.

Ravi said the Revanth Reddy government was functioning on the principles of ‘Dharma’ and maintained that party discipline had to be respected. Referring to Konda Surekha’s meeting with the Chief Minister, he said subsequent developments had taken place in accordance with party principles but added that his affection and respect for her remained unchanged.

He urged party leaders and workers with grievances to approach Gandhi Bhavan and express their concerns through appropriate channels. However, he warned that staging protests or dharnas against the party would invite disciplinary action.
