ACB Raids Civil Supplies Manager’s Residence in Telangana

ACB Raids Civil Supplies Manager’s Residence in Telangana
Khammam: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials are conducting searches at the residence of Vasamsetti Narasimha Rao, who is holding full additional charge as District Manager of Civil Supplies in Mahabubabad district, over suspected disproportionate assets.
The searches are being conducted under the supervision of Khammam ACB Deputy Superintendent of Police Y. Ramesh.
ACB teams are carrying out simultaneous searches at seven locations across Khammam, Mahabubabad, Suryapet and Hyderabad, including the residences of the officer’s relatives and suspected benamis, as part of the investigation into his assets.
In Khammam, searches are under way at two luxury houses reportedly belonging to Narasimha Rao. Officials are examining property documents and other records to establish the extent and source of his assets.
Sources indicated that the searches had already yielded information about suspected illegal assets. However, the details and total value of the properties were yet to be officially disclosed.
