VSU research scholar M Shilpa awarded Ph.D.
Nellore: M Shilpa Mulumudi, a research scholar in the Department of Business Management at Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU), was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree on Monday.
She completed her doctoral thesis under the supervision of Prof Suja S Nair, researching “Employee Engagement and Its Impact on Employee Performance in Select Organized Retail Companies in Telangana.”
Congratulating Shilpa, VSU Vice-Chancellor Prof Allam Srinivasa Rao emphasized that the university prioritizes research that supports industry and societal needs. VSU Registrar Prof K Suneetha, Principal Prof T Veera Reddy, and faculty members extended their congratulations.
