Employability skills workshop held at AITS
Tirupati: A special career guidance and employability skills workshop was conducted for B Tech 3rd and 4th year students of Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (AITS), Tirupati on Friday, in association with Kautilya Institution, Tirupati. Kautilya Institution Director Sridhar advised students to combine technical knowledge with Design Thinking, AI skills, communication, creativity and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the job market.
He encouraged students to continuously upskill and approach AI as an opportunity for learning and growth.

Principal Dr C Nadhamuni Reddy stressed the importance of personality development, confidence and communication skills, while Training & Placement Officer P Bhanu Prakash advised students to focus on aptitude, technical fundamentals, resume preparation and interview skills for placements.
