The Air India Express likely to start operating the flight services between Alluri Sitarama Raju airport in Bhogapuram of Visakhapatnam and Bangkok from October 27. The airline is said to operate two weekly flights from the new airport.
It will be the first international route to originate from Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport.
The Bhogapuram airport was inaugurated in the last month by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the services have begun demestically.
