Hindi Maah 2026 concludes at BOI
Visakhapatnam: Bank of India concluded the month-long Hindi Maah 2026 in Visakhapatnam zonal office.
The programme was presided over by zonal manager Nikesh Kumar Sinha. During the ceremony, officers and employees who emerged as winners in various competitions conducted throughout the month were honoured with prizes.
Addressing the gathering, Nikesh Kumar Sinha elaborated on the bank’s financial performance, its strong position in the market and the business expansion targets for the current financial year. He stated that, in today’s competitive banking environment, sustainable growth of the bank can be achieved only through prompt customer service.
Highlighting equal importance of both Hindi, the official language, and Telugu, the regional language, he stated that Hindi and Telugu are both strong languages and have an equally important role in communicating, connecting with customers, strike a chord with them. He described Hindi and Telugu as two strong wheels of the bank’s business growth.
The zonal manager motivated the staff to make effective use of Hindi and Telugu in day-to-day banking services while avoiding unnecessary complexities in communication. As part of the month-long Hindi Maah 2026, Bank of India officials presented certificates of appreciation in Visakhapatnam.
