Khanapur: The Congress leaders and workers organised grand victory celebrations of the party-led state government successfully completing 1,000 days in office. Party leaders, activists, and women from across the mandal enthusiastically participated, holding rallies, bursting firecrackers, and distributing sweets to mark the milestone.
Speaking at the event, Khanapur mandal Congress party president Jangili Shankar said that for the past 1,000 days, the Congress government has been working with the sole aim of public welfare, implementing numerous welfare and development programmes for farmers, women, youth, students, and poor families. He emphasised that the government’s commitment to fulfilling promises has strengthened people’s trust in public governance.
He further noted that under the leadership of DCC president and Khanapur MLA Vedma Bojju Patel, the Congress party in Khanapur mandal has been growing stronger.
He called upon leaders and activists to work unitedly to strengthen the party down to the village level. He stressed that it is the responsibility of Congress cadres to take the achievements of public governance to every household.
