Civic chief wants biometric attendance in GMC

Guntur: Guntur Municipal Corporation (GMC) Commissioner Srikesh B Lathkar inspected GMC office and directed the officials to set up biometric system to maintain punctuality. He instructed the officials and staff to attend duty and leave for home on time. He inspected town planning, administration, election cells and enquired about their performance.

He stressed on the need to render better services to the people and solve their petitions.

The civic chief directed the officials to paint the sections and keep the office clean.
The officials of various departments introduced themselves to the Commissioner and explained about their duties.Deputy Commissioner M Yesu Das was also present.
