Two foreigners get married in traditional Indian way

Puttaparthi: Attracted by phrases like 'Srirastu', 'Subhamastu', 'Kalyanamastu' two foreigners got married here on Wednesday according to Indian customs and traditions. Carlone and Blanko belonging to Mexico entered into holy matrimony in Durga temple here in the presence of their parents, relatives and friends, after falling in love. She sported a 'tilak' and traditional markings below the ankle, much to the amusement of the onlookers. Local pundit Saiprasad supervised the marriage ceremony. A number of foreigners vie with each other while witnessing the event to capture the same with their cameras. The newly-wedded couple, who are Sai devotees, expressed happiness that they were able to tie the knot in 'Bhagwan Satya Sai Sannidhi'. They wished that His blessings would always be there with them.
