The AP A High Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing to March 19 on a petition filed by joint venture of Soma company against the State Government challenging allotment of Polavaram tenders to Transstroy India Ltd in a hurry when the issue was pending in the court. Meanwhile, the Transstroy performedA 'bhoomi puja' on the Angaluru Hill under Devipatnam mandal in East Godavari district three days ago and started execution of project works. It may be recalled that the High Court had expressed anger for finalising Polavaram tenders when the case was pending.
