YSR Congress Party chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and former Home Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy appeared before the CBI special court on Wednesday in connection with the Indu Tech Zone episode of Jagan’s assets case. Earlier on October 10, the court had taken cognisance of the charge-sheet filed by the CBI in the case and issued summons against all the 10 accused, including Jagan, his auditor V Vijay Sai Reddy, Sabitha Indra Reddy and Shyam Prasad Reddy, promoter of Hyderabad-based Indu Group and Indu Projects, with a direction that they should appear before it on November 13.
IAS officers Ratna Prabha and B P Acharya, industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad also appeared before the court.
