Hyderabad: Early on Friday, at Kallapalem of Kashimkota mandal in Visakhapatnam, a Volvo Bus pertaining to Kaleshwari Travels caught fire all of sudden. The bus staff alerted the passengers immediately and ensured that no loss of life could happen. The passengers went on protest against dropping them mid of the way and not making any alternate arrangements.
It is worth recollecting the Palem Bus incident that happened in October last year. Even before forgetting that vicious incident by the people, as many as five incidents have taken place in which the Volvo buses caught fire at various instances. So far, it has not been made public whether it was a technical snag or accidental catching of fire for many incidents. Whatsoever the case may be, such untoward incidents have made the passengers think twice before they travel by Volvo buses.
