West Godavari: one killed, 10 injured in road mishap

Hyderabad: Early on Tuesday a woman was killed while 10 others sustained stern injuries in a road mishap that took place at Bhallamagaturu of Penumantra mandal in West Godavari district. A group of marriage invitees hailing from Gummaluru of Poduru mandal were on their way to Penumantra, when the auto rickshaw they were travelling by was dashed by a tractor. In this accident a woman lost her life on the spot while 10 others sustained stern injuries. The victims have been rushed to Brahmanacheruvu, Tanuku and Alamuru government hospitals. Nowadays, mishaps have been on a rise. Let it be a mishap on the road or fire or otherwise, the main reason turns to be the reckless attitude of the people. There is a need to exact the situation so as to prevent the accidents. Surely, if timely preventive measures would have been adopted, most of the accidents could have been avoided.
