Andhra Pradesh: RTC employees to go on strike from tomorrow

The RTC employees of Andhra Pradesh will go on an indefinite strike from Thursday. As there has been no assurance from the management, the employees’ unions have decided to go on strike. From the other end, the management has intensified the measures to prevent the strike.

It is evident that the Employees Union (EU) has given strike notice to the management as early as a month before i.e. on August 8. A meeting is being held in the Bus Bhavan to discuss the very issue under the chairmanship of RTC MD Purna Chandra Rao. More details in the matter are awaited.
