Splash of colours at Raj Bhavan

Hyderabad: On the occasion of Holi, the festival of colours, Governor E S L Narasimhan along with first lady Vimala Narasimhan celebrated the festival and exchanged pleasantries at Raj Bhavan on Friday morning. Union Labour and Employment Minister Bandaru Dattatreya, Telangana Chief Secretary Rajiv Sarma and school students joined the Holi celebrations with Narasimhans.

The Governor smeared colours on Vimala, Dattatreya, Rajiv Sarma, officials and some students on the occasion. The first lady too smeared colour on the Governor, who patiently let the students to smear colours on his face. Dattatreya too joined the celebrations and exchanged pleasantries on the occasion. However, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who could not make it to the Raj Bhavan, celebrated the festival at his camp office residence along with his family members.
