President to review naval fleet today

Visakhapatnam: The President of India, who is the supreme commander of armed forces, will review naval fleet, here on Saturday. The eleventh International Fleet Review is the second one being conducted in India. After a 21-gun salute and the ceremonial guard of honour, the President embarks on the Presidential yacht, INS Sumitra,
which would sail through 70 ships at anchorage off Visakhapatnam. The review will have the combination of ships from Indian Navy and Navies across the globe. Ships belong to the Indian Coast Guard and Mercantile Marine will also be participating and each ship dressed in full regalia will salute the President as he passes.
