Chalo Krishna University tomorrow
Talking to newsmen at the MB Vignana Kendram here on Wednesday Praveen demanded the Government immediately fill the posts lying vacant in the Krishna University and sanction funds for construction of the University building. He said half of the posts in the University are lying vacant for many years.
Vijayawada: Students Federation of India (SFI) city secretary P Praveen has said the SFI is conducting Chalo Krishna University campaign on July 8 demanding the Government to address the problems of the students studying in the colleges affiliated to the Krishna University. He said the Krishna University is plagued by many problems and students are suffering due to negligence of the Government.

He said the Government had allotted 125 acres land for the University at Rudravaram village but not allocating funds for construction of buildings.He said the SFI will take up ‘Chalo Krishna University’ programme on July 8 demanding the Government to immediately resolve the pending problems.
