Alur (Kurnool): Telugu actor Junior NTR birthday was celebrated in a grand manner across the constituency on Saturday. Fans organised various service activities under the aegis of Jr NTR Fans Association president Nettappa. Speaking on the occasion, Nettappa said that patients, who were coming to Primary Health Centre (PHC), are facing drinking water scarcity. “We brought the issue to the notice of officials concerned but our efforts went in vain,” he added.
Nettappa said that they have handed over 500 liters capacity water tanker to the PHC keeping in view of scorch summer. He further said that they would provide tap connection to the PHC under MGNREGA to see no patient would face inconvenience. They cut the cake in the presence of patients. Fans distributed milk and breads to the patients.
