In order to clear extra rush of passengers in the festive season, Railways has decided to run special trains between Kacheguda and Visakhapatnam and Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.
Visakhapatnam: In order to clear extra rush of passengers in the festive season, Railways has decided to run special trains between Kacheguda and Visakhapatnam and Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.
Kacheguda–Visakhapatnam weekly special train will leave Kacheguda o¬n Tuesdays from September 26 to October 24 at 6.45 pm which will reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 7.50 am.
Enroute these special trains will stop at Malkajgiri, Cherlapally, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Satenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada station.
Similarly, Visakhapatnam to Tirupati weekly special express will leave Visakhapatnam on Wednesdays at 7.05 pm from September 27 to October 25 and reach Tirupati on the next day at 9.25 am.
The train will have stoppages at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Kavali, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta between Visakhapatnam and Tirupati stations.
