Focus on reducing power outage cases: Ajay Jain

Tirupati: Principal Secretary (Energy) Ajay Jain urged the DISCOM officials to strive to minimise the power interruption and to improve customer service.

Jain, who held a meeting with SPDCL senior officials including CMD MM Naik, Director Sitharama Raju and others here in SPDCL corporate office on Thursday, discussed various developmental initiatives, promoting Urja app and bill collection. Popularising Urja app will help receiving promptly the complaints from customers, he said.
