Gudivada RDO visits rain-affected villages
RDO of Gudivada GV Satyavani visited lowlying areas on Monday and ordered all Mandal level officers to visit the villages which were affected due to continuous rain and build selfconfidence among the villagers
Gudivada: RDO of Gudivada GV Satyavani visited low-lying areas on Monday and ordered all Mandal-level officers to visit the villages which were affected due to continuous rain and build self-confidence among the villagers.
The RDO along with Nandivada Tahsildar Srinivas Naik and drainage DEs visited Budameru Drain Bridge and inspected the flood.
Satyavani said that all the officers should be alert and inform the villagers to be cautious as the rain would continue for another two days. She said that control rooms were established for the people to know information from the officials.
The officials monitor the situation at Gudivada RDO office and Tahisldar offices at Gidivada, Pedaparupudi, Nandivada, Pamarru, Gudlavalerru, Mudinepalli, Mandavalli, Kaikaluru and Kalidindi. She ordered the officials to take appropriate action to clear the stagnated rain water in the villages.
