Rally for world peace today
The members of Eid Miladunnabi Committee EMC would organise a rally to mark Eid Miladunnabi on November 21, said Syed Saleemuddin Razvi, president of EMC here on Tuesday
Vijayawada: The members of Eid Miladunnabi Committee (EMC) would organise a rally to mark Eid Miladunnabi on November 21, said Syed Saleemuddin Razvi, president of EMC here on Tuesday.
Addressing the media, Razvi said that on the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammed, Eid Miladunnabi would be celebrated every year. A rally would be organised on the occasion which would commence at 2.30 pm from Hajjia Masjid, Panja Centre to Jamia Masjid in One-Town.
He said that Imams from various Masjids from across the city would participate in the world peace rally along with all the Muslim fraternity.
After the rally, they would participate in global peace prayers at Jamia Masjid. He said that more than 5,000 people would participate in the rally.
He appealed to all the participants to take out a peaceful rally on foot without making any traffic issues.
