Hyderabad: The police busted a burglary gang comprising three persons and recovered Rs 2 lakh under Chilkalguda police station limits in Secunderabad on Saturday. According to the police, the main accused Mohd Nisar Ansari (alias Wasim), resident of Srinivas Nagar Colony in Secunderabad,
who had the habit of betting on horses in Malakpet Race Course, targeted the house of R Susheel Kumar, resident of same colony after he left his house along with the family for exhibition during the evening hours on January 11.
Upon their return they noticed that the front door latch was broken and the almirah was open. Things were scattered all over the room and found gold and silver ornaments and Rs 2 lakh cash along with credit and debit cards missing.
