Seizable is an adjective and seizer is a noun.

In 2014, the former breakaway republic of Ukraine from USSR withdrew its troops from Crimean Sea as Russia seized its naval base. Siege is a noun.

Siege means an operation by police or military where in something or someone is surrounded and cutting of communications or supplies; a military blockade; a persistent attack or campaign against something or someone. The spelling of siege is not seige. Sieged and sieging are verbs: to assault, besiege something. Lay siege is an idiom. The police laid siege to the area upon receiving reports of bomb-making activity. The seized building is part of the siege by the military and it seems to be a ceaseless task for the government in Srinagar.
