ADP private limited celebrated its 16th ‘Family Day’ on Gachibowli stadium on Sunday. The event is a part of its ‘Employer of choice’ initiative which aims to extend the circle of involvement to associates and their families, who have helped build a great culture at ADP and make it a great place to work. About 14,000 associates gathered and spent the evening enjoying with their families.

The event is a part of its ‘Employer of choice’ initiative which aims to extend the circle of involvement to associates and their families, who have helped build a great culture at ADP and make it a great place to work. About 14,000 associates gathered and spent the evening enjoying with their families. The theme for the event was “SWARANG’ 16” which means family members coming together as ‘One ADP’.

The evening commenced with a scrumptious Hi-tea and fun-filled interactivities for all age groups. As a part of the celebrations an entertaining dance performance by the family member of associates which was choreographed by Shiamak Davar’s institute for performing arts, SDIPA. The ADP studio played an acoustic for 15 minutes that won the hearts of every one and a rocking performance by the in –house rock band Rave.

“This is a special occasion for us to rejoice our success over the past 16 years. It is the unwavering support from the ADP Family that has propelled this journey for us. Each year, ADP India Family Day (SWARANG) brings us an occasion to celebrate our achievements with our extended family who have been a key contributor in ADP India’s success.

As this year’s theme suggests, SWARANG ‘16 is aimed at realising the contribution made by each and every individual in making of the ONE ADP Family,” said Chaayanath Mysore, General Manager, ADP Private limited. The event ended with a power – packed performance of the Bollywood mix-master DJ NYK, who got the entire crowd to groove to his tunes.
