A Mel of a DJ

As part of Kingfisher ULTRA Soul Flyp, DJ Melissa Reeves performed at Movida Lounge and Bar at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, on Friday. Melissa Reeves is one of the biggest female DJ’s to come out of the United Kingdom in years. She was seen engaging in candid conversation at a Meet and Greet at Movida prior to her performance.

Malissa is known for setting the turntables on fire all across London. The queen of mixers has successfully managed to carve a niche for herself in many of the hottest pubbing rings in the world like, UK, Dubai, Spain, India and Singapore. She brought a unique confluence of sounds to the city as she meshed R’n’B with Hip Hop and house.

The event was a contemporary music platform which was quite bold with stunning performances, visuals and digital interactions featuring some of the best musicians from around the globe. ULTRA Soul Flyp has seen the likes of people like Sean Paul, Pitbull and Nadia Ali.
