Consumers can now interact with officials from the Water Board in person every third Saturday. Starting today, M Jagadeeshwar, managing director of the Water Board, would be available at Conference Hall, Board Office, Khairatabad, from 5 pm to 6 pm under the ‘MEET UR MD’ programme.

Consumers can now interact with officials from the Water Board in person every third Saturday. Starting today, M Jagadeeshwar, managing director of the Water Board, would be available at Conference Hall, Board Office, Khairatabad, from 5 pm to 6 pm under the ‘MEET UR MD’ programme.
The initiative is being taken up to readdress pending and unresolved complaints either at the division level, the circle office level or the head office level. Those with such cases would have to go to the meeting with previous references to benefit from the programme. It would be followed by the ‘DIAL UR MD’ programme from 6 pm to 6.30 pm.
Customers can interact with the managing director about their grievances by quoting their CAN numbers on 66752212, 13 and 14. The ‘Dial UR MD’ programme will be telecast live on CTV channel. Other directors and senior officials will also take part in the programmes.
