Employment and HR solutions provider TMI Group will provide employability training to graduates across 60 colleges in the State for free to mark the group’s silver jubilee. The training content is inspired by the recent book written by TMI Group founder-chairman T Muralidharan and released by the Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya.

The training programme called Step-In is a scientific approach to discovering career choices best suited for students’ personality type. The programme aims to help students identify the best job roles for them and present themselves optimally by coaching them in resume writing skills.

T Muralidharan said, “We decided to spend the budget on the most burning issue in the country - the issue of graduate employability. Thanks to our partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), TMI e2E Academy has developed effective graduate skill training programmes and this expertise will be put to use to train over 10,000 youth on employability this month.”
