The training content is inspired by the recent book written by TMI Group founder-chairman T Muralidharan and released by the Labour Minister Bandaru Dattatreya.

The training programme called Step-In is a scientific approach to discovering career choices best suited for students’ personality type. The programme aims to help students identify the best job roles for them and present themselves optimally by coaching them in resume writing skills.
