Left leaders release bandh poster

Vijayawada:The Communist Party of India (CPI) and the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPM) city unit secretaries Donepudi Shankar and Ch Babu Rao released a poster on the proposed state-wide bandh on April 9 at the CPI office here on Saturday demanding withdrawal of hike in electricity charges. CPI-CPM city secretaries Donepudi Shankar and Ch Babu Rao called upon people to join the proposed strike in large numbers to mount pressure on governmen to withdraw hike in power charges. The CPI-ML State committee members Muppala Bhargavasri and Gurram Vijaya Kumar appealed to the people to make the proposed strike on April 9 a huge success.
